Russia's FSB said on Monday it foiled a plot it says was orchestrated by Ukraine
to carry out drone strikes on a key Moscow air‑defence facility and a power
site, and arrested two suspects. The FSB said the two men, from the South
Caucasus region, acted on instructions from the Ukrainian Security Service
(SBU). According to the FSB, they sourced FPV drones and explosives in two
Russian regions, moved them to the Moscow region, then assembled and activated
the devices; the drones were intended to be remotely controlled by Ukraine.
