Aramco is close to securing a $10bn loan facility with multiple international
banks to bolster liquidity amid Middle East conflict risks to oil exports,
sources said. The revolving credit line is expected to be signed in the coming
weeks and will be syndicated among banks including Citigroup, HSBC, JP Morgan
and MUFG. Pricing is expected at SOFR +60bp. Aramco's last revolving facility,
in 2024, was split into a $7bn tranche arranged by US/European/Asian lenders and
a $3bn Murabaha-funded tranche provided by regional banks.
