The Federal Reserve accepted $200 mln from one counterparty in a fixed-rate reverse repo operation.

Houthi forces said on Monday they struck Saudi Arabia’s east–west crude transfer stations and Riyadh airport; Saudi authorities had not immediately confirmed the claim. The Saudi-led coalition said it destroyed two ballistic-missile launchers in Sanaa, one of which was used to fire a missile toward Riyadh and was intercepted. Houthi attacks have repeatedly targeted Saudi airports, ports and oil facilities, making Saudi a pressure point in the wider conflict.

Foreign ministry spokesman Baghaei said diplomatic dynamics are shifting and regional tensions are causing broad concern. He said Iran is closely monitoring developments in a firm, cautious manner, is prepared to respond to any possible eventuality, and will maintain and strengthen that state of readiness.
