Meta Platforms plans two simultaneous underwritten public offerings to raise about $35bn: roughly $22.5bn of Class A common stock via forward sale agreements and about $12.5bn of A‑series mandatory convertible preferred stock issued as depositary shares. Meta would issue up to 250m A‑series depositary shares. NVIDIA, AMD and Broadcom have indicated interest in purchasing up to $5bn of Meta securities each.
