Emir Tamim said US‑Iran tensions are producing negative regional effects, citing a Strait of Hormuz crisis and strain on energy markets, and said Qatar values and seeks Russian mediation on the Strait and other regional crises, including the Palestinian issue and the humanitarian situation in Gaza.
