Federal Reserve chair Kevin Warsh said inflation remains "too high" and the Fed
is not satisfied with progress. He said Q3 growth appears to have accelerated,
supported by strong consumer spending and business investment, with high‑tech
investment leading. The labor market remains tight, with low unemployment and
continued payroll gains. Warsh noted credit conditions have tightened since the
last rate hike but said he "neither wants nor can" describe that as
"tightening". He added that lowering inflation is the Fed's responsibility.
