Oracle (ORCL.N) expects free cash flow of $30 billion for the fiscal year ending
May 2029, well above market expectations of continued negative FCF. It forecasts
data-center capacity will exceed 10 GW by the end of fiscal 2028 and plans to
begin reducing capex from fiscal 2029. The company said new financing needs
before May 2030 will be kept below $20 billion and reiterated a fiscal 2030
revenue target of $225 billion. Analyst Anurag Rana said the plan should ease
concerns over heavy AI infrastructure spending in the next two years. Oracle
shares rose as much as 13% intraday.
