Wolf Research reiterated an Outperform on SK Hynix and set a $250 price target, citing strong AI infrastructure-driven demand for high-bandwidth memory (HBM). Analyst Chris Kasso said rising HBM prices, increased memory production and an attractive current valuation — the stock trades at roughly 4.5x earnings implied by Wolf’s optimistic case — could drive upside. Wolf estimates that if SK Hynix executes its expected shareholder-return plan, projected free cash flow over the next two years could fund buybacks equivalent to about 28% of shares outstanding.
