i24NEWS reports Qatar is awaiting Tehran’s response to a new proposal; Iran could reply as early as Thursday, two regional diplomats said. Under the current draft, Iran would take concrete steps on its nuclear program in exchange for the US easing some sanctions and unfreezing funds. Measures under consideration include restoring IAEA inspectors’ access to Iranian nuclear sites.
