Hainan Computing Power Technology Co. and Tencent Cloud signed a strategic
cooperation agreement on Oct. 29 to jointly build an AI+compute integrated
solution for Hainan government and enterprise customers, focusing on compute
infrastructure, large-model token services and AI office applications. Under the
token cooperation, the parties will pursue commercial arrangements around large
AI model services and explore token cross-border deployments and cross-border
compute export. Tencent Cloud will supply Hainan Computing Power and its clients
with HPC, intelligent compute, storage and networking resources and services to
provide a stable, elastic compute supply for large-scale training and inference
on the provincial AI public service platform.
