China Index Academy's latest Jan–Oct 2026 China Developers' Land Acquisition Rankings showed the top 100 developers' land purchases totaled 646.5 bln yuan in the first 10 months, down 17.5% YoY; the decline narrowed 3 percentage points versus Jan–Sep.
