SUZHOU, Oct 27 — The China Interbank Market Dealers Association (NAFMII) held a forum on using the interbank market to support advanced manufacturing. Seven manufacturing firms, including XCMG Group, Changdian Technology and Shenghong Technology, and three local financial institutions attended; NAFMII vice‑chair Xu Zhong chaired the meeting. Officials from the PBOC Jiangsu and Suzhou branches participated. After the forum NAFMII conducted site visits to five firms, including Hengtong Group, Lianxun Instruments and Huaxing Yuanchuang, to assess operations and financing needs. NAFMII said it has responded to market requests and, reflecting macro and market conditions, will provide targeted financing references by firm development stage. Under PBOC guidance, NAFMII will further align with market demand to strengthen bond‑market institutional frameworks and mechanism innovation, deepen the role of tech‑innovation bonds and other product innovation, coordinate PBOC branch‑led corporate financing training and promotion, and broaden diversified financing channels to support advanced manufacturing’s smart, green and integrated development.
