FTSE China A50 futures continued to advance, rising more than 1% in early trade.

Shanghai Gold Exchange Gold T+D fell 2.62% in early trade on Monday to 835.31 yuan/gram; Silver T+D dropped 3.7% to 11,754 yuan/kg.

The Ministry of Natural Resources, Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs and National Forestry and Grassland Administration issued joint guidance to apply differentiated, positive‑list land management for facility agricultural land to boost farmers’ incomes, agricultural modernization and rural revitalization. The notice encourages siting facility farmland on unused areas—Gobi, desert, saline‑alkali land—plus existing construction land and idle land, and permits occupation of arable land outside permanent basic farmland. It removes scale limits on production facilities, imposes land‑share and size caps for different types of ancillary facilities, and encourages facility farmland to be used primarily for agricultural production.
