As of Oct. 30, all 354 Beijing Stock Exchange-listed companies had filed 2026 Q3 reports. Average first-nine-month operating revenue was 632 mln yuan, up 15.30% YoY; average net profit attributable to parent was 47.68 mln yuan, up 2.27% YoY. 288 firms were profitable (81.36%). 246 firms (69.49%) reported YoY revenue growth; 51 firms reported revenue above 1 bln yuan. 162 firms (45.76%) reported YoY net profit growth; 41 firms reported net profit above 100 mln yuan.

Russia's human rights commissioner Yana Lantratova said on Nov. 1 the "silence regime" in the Oleshky humanitarian zone, effective Oct. 27–Nov. 1, has ended. She said both Russian and Ukrainian sides complied during the ceasefire, allowing aid deliveries and safe voluntary evacuations. Lantratova said cooperation during the period was coordinated by U.S. first lady Melania Trump and Ukrainian parliamentary human rights commissioner Dmytro Lubinets. Parties are working to continue humanitarian relief; residents remaining in Oleshky still require assistance.
