Statistics Indonesia said on Monday exports of primary aluminium and unwrought aluminium alloys were 99,766.59 tonnes in September, down from 157,222 tonnes in August, a month-on-month decline of about 37%. Exports of these two product categories totaled 799,199 tonnes in Jan–Sep 2026. Main destinations in September were Croatia, Thailand, Turkey and South Korea.

Nov. 2 — China’s foreign ministry said at a regular briefing that the successful visits by German President Steinmeier and Swiss Federal Council President Parmelin signalled strengthened communication, closer open cooperation and support for multilateralism and free trade, setting a positive example for China–EU ties. China said it is willing to work with all parties to focus on cooperation and mutual benefit to provide more certainty for global stability and prosperity.
