Iran Foreign Ministry spokesman Baghaei said Tehran does not expect any new developments after the US midterm elections.

At an analyst meeting AMEC said DRAM customer orders grew faster than overall company orders in the first nine months, lifting DRAM's share materially. NAND and DRAM customers together account for roughly 60% of orders. New etch and film products are ramping at DRAM customers, bringing NAND and DRAM order shares closer to parity. AMEC said it has comprehensive coverage of advanced logic nodes below 10nm and product validation is proceeding smoothly.

Iran's foreign minister told Iranian media on Nov. 1 that Tehran is prepared on both defense and diplomatic fronts; which route it pursues depends on whether the United States acts rationally. Iran urged the US to remain rational and prioritize diplomacy over other options.
