The Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC) issued its Green Civil Aviation Development “15th Five-Year” Implementation Plan, targeting breakthrough progress in the sector’s low‑carbon transition by 2030 and a preliminarily established dual-control regime for carbon total and intensity.
