韓國總統李在明：正考慮設立政府層面的網絡安全“沙皇”機構。

On Nov. 3, 2026, China used a Lijian-2 Yao-2 carrier rocket from the Dongfeng Commercial Space Innovation Test Zone to place 18 Qianfan constellation networking satellites built by Shanghai Yuanxin Satellite Technology into their planned orbit; the launch was declared successful. Qianfan is a Yuanxin-developed, commercially operated low-Earth-orbit satellite internet constellation using Ku and Q/V bands to provide broadband and internet-access services. The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology completed domestic frequency coordination and issued space radio station licenses and radio-frequency-use permits in bulk to support the project’s deployment.

Diwei II Space Technology (Hangzhou) Co. and Oman Lens Ltd signed a space artificial intelligence agreement, marking the first overseas constellation by a Chinese commercial space firm and the largest single overseas commercial-satellite project and cooperation value on record for China’s commercial space sector. The deal centers on two initiatives: a Space Silk Road program focused on building an Oman Lens constellation and a Space Leadership Talent program. The initial batch is expected to include 20 satellites.
