In the first 10 months of this year, four cross-strait 'mini three links' passenger routes — Xiamen–Kinmen, Quanzhou–Kinmen, Mawei–Matsu and Huangqi–Matsu — operated 10,344 sailings and carried over 1.98 million passengers, up 3.0% and 25.2% YoY, respectively.
