On Oct. 28 China's Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security said
implementation of the jobs-stabilization, expansion and quality-improvement
action must be elevated to a higher priority. The ministry instructed targeted
measures in key industries and sectors to unlock employment, build a framework
linking industrial policy, consumption support and project rollouts to job
creation, and to align with the Action Plan's targets by working back from
deadlines, accelerating progress and mobilizing coordinated efforts to ensure
key tasks are completed on schedule.
