China Galaxy Securities was allocated funds in the third swap facilitation operation. The firm said it will coordinate across departments to provide pledged securities and prepare eligible assets to complete application and bidding, laying groundwork for subsequent swap operations, financing and investment execution. Proceeds will follow prior investment direction and support continued long-term equity-market asset allocation.

On Nov. 3 at the 2026 International Financial Leaders Investment Summit, CSRC vice chairman Li Chao said the regulator will tighten monitoring and market-stabilization mechanisms to safeguard smooth capital-market functioning and consolidate the foundations of market stability. The CSRC will deepen the institutional ecosystem for long-term capital to steadily raise the scale and share of long-term funds entering the market, accelerate a new round of capital-market reform and opening, and improve market functions to better coordinate investment and financing.
