Five ministries issued a notice implementing the Comprehensive Saving Strategic Action Plan, directing strict curbs on food waste in dining and delivery. Measures require catering operators to assume primary responsibility: provide order-size reminders, clearly label dish portions, expand small-portion options and prompt customers to pack leftovers; encourage caterers and banquet hosts to agree anti-waste obligations; step up inspections and law enforcement to correct wasteful or ostentatious practices. Regulators also instruct food-delivery platforms and merchants to reduce takeout waste by promoting small portions, preventing threshold-based spend-to-save promotions that drive over-ordering, and exploring anti-waste measures in consumer feedback systems.

【國內航線燃油附加費今起上調】今日（11月5日）起，國內航線旅客運輸燃油附加費徵收標準調整。800公里（含）以下航段向每位成人旅客收取燃油費80元，800公里以上航段向每位成人旅客收取燃油費140元，較此前分別上漲了30元和50元。
