Meta completed a €9.0bn ($10.1bn) six-tranche euro bond issuance Wednesday, with
each tranche priced slightly below par and secondary bids trading above par on
debut, Bloomberg shows. The deal attracted a €62bn order book, far exceeding AB
InBev's ~€31bn record from a decade ago. Meta offered considerably wider credit
spreads than other mega-tech euro issuers—near levels typical of bonds rated
several notches below Meta's double-A—fueling strong investor demand.
