Apple (AAPL.O) has returned to the investment-grade bond market after more than
a year, launching a seven-part USD offering with maturities from 2 to 10 years.
Initial price guidance on the longest-dated tranche is about 80 bps over U.S.
Treasuries. Bank of America, Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs and JP Morgan are
managing the transaction. Proceeds will fund general corporate purposes,
including share buybacks, dividends and capital expenditure. The move adds to
recent heavy bond issuance by large U.S. tech firms; Apple last issued bonds in
May 2025, raising $4.5bn via a four-part sale.
