The measures prioritize deployment of smart senior‑care technologies, guiding national major science projects to accelerate application of embodied intelligence, large language models (LLMs), brain‑computer interfaces and exoskeletons in the eldercare sector. They call for R&D and upgrades of intelligent devices for care of disabled seniors, rehabilitation nursing and psychological companionship. Local governments are urged to use the national annual catalogue for aged‑friendly products and services, coordinate promotion through local elderly‑support and enterprise‑assistance campaigns, and lawfully collect and feedback consumption demand and data to dynamically update sales lists and speed product iteration. The measures also back efforts by market operators to cultivate recognised aged‑product brands.
