China’s corporate credit index rose to 161.32 in August, up 2.45 points MoM, the State Administration for Market Regulation said. Operational and regulatory subindices drove the improvement; new entries to the abnormal-operations list fell sharply while removals increased and the share of high-credit-risk firms declined, supporting a stabilization and rebound in overall credit.
