The Cyberspace Administration of China (CAC), with relevant departments, has
drafted the PRC Anti-Cyber Violence Law to prevent, stop and punish cyber
violence, strengthen anti-cyber-violence work, protect the lawful rights of
individuals and organizations, and safeguard national security and public
interest; the draft is now open for public comment under the planned legislative
schedule.
