The China Earthquake Networks Center officially reported that a magnitude 6.0 earthquake occurred at 11:45 a.m. on November 4 in the open sea off the east coast of Kamchatka (52.10 degrees north latitude, 160.20 degrees east longitude), with a focal depth of 30 kilometers.
