Hong Kong stocks saw their Hang Seng Index and Hang Seng Tech Index both fall by more than 1% in the afternoon. Star China Holdings Limited (06698.HK) dropped 14%, Trip.com Limited (09961.HK) and Lenovo Group Limited (00992.HK) both fell by more than 4%, and Zijin Mining International Limited (02259.HK), China Biopharmaceutical (01177.HK), China Hongqiao Group Limited (01378.HK), WuXi Biologics Limited (02269.HK) and many other stocks fell by more than 3%.
