The Ministry of Finance reported that from January to October, national government fund budget expenditures totaled 8,089.2 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 15.4%. Breaking it down by central and local governments, central government fund budget expenditures reached 856.4 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 2.2 times; local government fund budget expenditures totaled 7,232.8 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 7.3%, of which expenditures related to revenue from the transfer of state-owned land use rights amounted to 3,375.2 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 6.5%.
