Paramount announced it will increase its regulatory reverse termination fee from $5 billion to $5.8 billion. Larry Ellison has agreed not to withdraw from the Ellison Family Trust or make any adverse transfer of its assets before the transaction is completed. One of the conditions of the offer is that Warner Bros. Discovery will continue to wholly own its global networking business.
