At the close of the morning session, domestic futures contracts showed mixed results. Platinum futures hit the daily limit, rising 7%, while silver and palladium futures rose over 6%, nickel futures rose over 4%, and lithium carbonate and ethylene glycol futures rose over 3%. On the downside, polysilicon futures fell over 2%, and the container shipping index (European route) and tin futures fell over 1%.
