The national standard "Energy Consumption Limits for Electric Vehicles Part 1: Passenger Cars" will be implemented from January 1, 2026. Taking a vehicle weighing around 2 tons as an example, the new standard requires that energy consumption per 100 kilometers should not exceed 15.1 kWh.
