Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy: I have instructed relevant departments to prepare a reform plan for the National Bureau of Investigation and submit it to the Verkhovna Rada for review as soon as possible. The draft presidential proposal is expected to be completed in early January and immediately submitted to parliament for consideration.
