At the close of the morning session, domestic futures contracts showed mixed results. Lithium carbonate rose over 9%, silver rose over 6%, tin fell over 4%, polyvinyl chloride (PVC) rose over 2%, and cotton, palm oil, plastics, and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) rose over 1%. On the downside, container shipping to Europe fell over 3%, palladium, polysilicon, and platinum fell over 2%, and caustic soda fell over 1%.
