At the close of the morning session, most domestic futures contracts declined. Shanghai tin rose over 7%, Shanghai nickel rose over 3%, stainless steel (SS) rose over 2%, and Shanghai zinc, eggs, and live hogs rose over 1%. On the downside, platinum fell over 6%, palladium fell over 5%, lithium carbonate fell over 4%, and soda ash, TSR20 rubber, Shanghai aluminum, aluminum alloys, international copper, coking coal, and palm oil all fell over 2%.
