EIA Natural Gas Report: For the week ending January 16, total U.S. natural gas inventories were 3.065 trillion cubic feet, a decrease of 120 billion cubic feet from the previous week, an increase of 141 billion cubic feet from the same period last year, representing a year-on-year increase of 4.8%, and 177 billion cubic feet higher than the 5-year average, representing an increase of 6.1%.
