EIA Natural Gas Report: For the week ending January 23, total U.S. natural gas inventories were 2,823 billion cubic feet, a decrease of 242 billion cubic feet from the previous week, an increase of 206 billion cubic feet from the same period last year, representing a year-on-year increase of 7.9%, and 143 billion cubic feet higher than the 5-year average, representing an increase of 5.3%.
