The A-share semiconductor equipment concept rebounded, with cleanroom stocks leading the gains. Shenghui Integrated Circuits hit the daily limit twice in four days, setting a new historical high. Baicheng Shares also hit the daily limit, and Huakang Cleanroom rose by more than 10%. Yaxiang Integrated Circuits, Meiai Technology, Silicon Power, and Jinhaitong followed suit.
