Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky: I know the Americans, and perhaps some Europeans, are discussing a new document with Russia concerning NATO and Russia. Once they have such a document, they can discuss everything. But for me, it's important that they discuss our potential position within NATO with us. Not just with the Russians, but with us. Because it concerns us. But they might also conduct these discussions without us. Perhaps there are things we don't know. In any case, we will react if anything unexpected happens.
