Following the EU's inclusion of Vietnam on its list of non-cooperative tax authorities, Vietnam's Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated that it is increasing tax transparency and implementing a national action plan to put forward OECD recommendations and expand tax cooperation with partners, including the EU.
