Data released by the Federal Reserve on Thursday showed that, for the week ending February 25, the outstanding balance of U.S. commercial paper, after seasonal adjustment, increased by $2.5 billion to $1.407 trillion. The outstanding balance of commercial paper without seasonal adjustment increased by $25.3 billion to $1.437 trillion. The outstanding balance of foreign financial commercial paper without seasonal adjustment increased by $1.3 billion to $396.1 billion.
