At the close of the morning session, domestic futures contracts showed mixed results. Alumina fell 4%, while lithium carbonate, polyvinyl chloride (PVC), propylene, methanol, plastics, and polysilicon all fell by more than 2%. On the upside, platinum rose by more than 5%, tin by more than 3%, and ferrosilicon by more than 2%.
