The Government Work Report states that the "Outline (Draft)" focuses on achieving high-level scientific and technological self-reliance, strengthening original innovation and tackling key core technologies, and further promoting the construction of Digital China, with the added value of the core industries of the digital economy accounting for 12.5% of GDP.
