Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer summed up Trump's press conference in one word: "Completely incoherent." He couldn't articulate any plan or vision because he doesn't have one. He can't even decide whether the country is at war. He's putting the world economy and the lives of millions at risk based on whims and intuition.
