At the close of the morning session, most domestic futures contracts rose, with paraxylene, PTA, and bottled PET hitting their daily limit up. Low-sulfur fuel oil (LU) rose over 19%, SC crude oil rose over 18%, fuel oil rose over 14%, benzene and propylene rose over 11%, container shipping to Europe and staple fiber rose over 10%, and styrene rose over 9%. On the downside, silver and apple futures fell over 4%, lithium carbonate fell over 3%, and tin and palladium fell over 2%.
