According to the decision, Tianfeng Securities was warned and fined 15 million yuan. Several senior executives, including then-Chairman Yu Lei and Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Xu Xin, were also warned and fined for their illegal activities. Yu Lei and Xu Xin were banned from the market for life.
