The A-share memory chip sector was active in early trading, with Puhua Technology and Langke Technology both rising over 4%, and other stocks such as Biwin Storage, Tongyou Technology, GigaDevice, Jiangbolong, and Beijing Junzheng following suit. The National Development and Reform Commission launched a new batch of 13 landmark major foreign investment projects, with a planned investment of US$13.4 billion. The newly selected projects are mainly concentrated in the manufacturing industry, including electronics manufacturing, chemicals, automobiles, and machinery, aiming to accelerate the development of industrial clusters.
