At midday closing, domestic futures contracts showed mixed results. Liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) surged 10.99%, hitting the daily limit; low-sulfur fuel oil (LU) rose over 10%, SC crude oil and methanol rose over 8%, fuel oil, ethylene glycol (EG), and propylene rose over 6%, and apples, polypropylene (PP), asphalt, and plastics rose over 4%. On the downside, Shanghai silver fell over 10%, palladium fell over 8%, platinum and Shanghai tin fell over 7%, polysilicon and lithium carbonate fell over 6%, and Shanghai gold, Shanghai copper, and international copper fell over 4%.
