The Qatari Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated: "We refer to yesterday's attack on the Ras Raffaán energy complex. Regrettably, this act of sabotage demonstrates Iran's aggressiveness, lack of responsibility, and seriously escalating policy. Although Qatar condemned Israel's attack on Iranian energy facilities and infrastructure immediately afterward, Iran responded with a direct attack on Qatar."
